| 4. In regular situation, we are not responsible for your postal fee or your customs delay destination. |
| 5. Only during Covid-19 situation, the shipping and customs process has been changed significantly and unexpectedly. Delay in each process can be occurred without prior notice and accurated leadtime. Thus, in case of the damaged plants found, the refund or replacement will be at ONLY the half value of the damaged plants, not including the postage or shipping fee.
